- Also avoid spraying perfumes or hair products directly on your vermeil jewelry.
- Clean your vermeil jewelry with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and cosmetic product residue.

Also, know that our jewelry is artisanally made by hand. Therefore, there may be some (minimal) variations compared to the visuals of the website.

Exchanges are possible for collectible jewelry, in standard size (i.e. excluding custom orders, resizes, engraved jewelry, which will not be exchanged or refunded).

Regarding your jewelry, we ask you:

- to return it to us within 14 days following the date of the order

- to return it to us in perfect condition, unworn, in its original box

- to insert our return form, to download here .

On return, several options:

- we will give you a credit in the form of a gift voucher valid for 6 months

- we make an exchange
